For veterinary professionals

Send your resume to BEGHR

Tell us the role you want, where you want to work and how to reach you. A recruiter at Business Executive Group reads it and checks it against the veterinary searches we are running for practices right now. This is not an application to a named job, it costs you nothing, and nothing goes to an employer until you say so.

Back to veterinary careers

Two-letter codes, up to 10. We do not want your license number.

PDF, DOC or DOCX, up to 10 MB. You can send details without a resume.

Sending this is not an application to a named job and does not create an employment relationship. BEGHR keeps a candidate record for 24 months from the last time you contacted us or we contacted you, then deletes it. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we do. Deletion covers the candidate record and the resume file. It does not promise removal from system backups.

What happens after you send it

  1. Your details are stored on a BEGHR candidate record and a recruiter is given a task to review them.
  2. If a live search matches what you asked for, a recruiter contacts you and describes the practice, the schedule, the caseload and the compensation structure.
  3. You decide whether to be put forward. Only then do we name you to that employer.
  4. If nothing matches yet, your details stay on file and we come back to you when a relevant search opens.

We cannot promise a timeline, because it depends on whether a current search fits what you sent. If you would rather talk first, call 469-412-1204.

Questions at this point

Do I have to attach a resume?

No. The file is optional. Your name, email address, the role you want and the geography you want to work in is enough for a recruiter to start a conversation.

What file types can I send?

PDF, DOC or DOCX, up to 10 MB. If your file will not upload, email it to sales@beghr.com instead and we will attach it to your record.

What happens immediately after I submit?

Your details are stored on a BEGHR candidate record and a recruiter is given a task to review them. You are not applying to a named job, and nothing is sent to any employer at this point.

Will you send my resume to an employer?

Only if you tick the employer-sharing consent, and even then we name the employer and ask you before each introduction. You can leave that box unticked and still talk to us.

Do I pay anything?

No. The employer pays the placement fee. BEGHR never charges a candidate at any stage.

Can I change or delete what I send?

Yes. Email sales@beghr.com to see what is held, correct it, stop contact or have it deleted. Records are kept for 24 months from the last contact and then deleted.

What BEGHR does with what you send

What we collect: your name, email address, phone number if you give one, the role and geography you are interested in, the states you are licensed in if you tell us, your availability, your pay expectation if you give one, anything you type in the message box, your resume, and which of our websites and which page you came from.

What we do not collect: we do not ask for your date of birth, Social Security number, license number, DEA number, immigration status, health information or salary history, and we do not want them in the message box or in your resume cover page.

Who sees it: the BEGHR veterinary recruiting team. We send your details and resume to an employer only if you agreed to employer sharing, and we tell you which employer before we do.

Analytics: we measure that a resume was submitted, which of our sites it came from and which role was selected. We never send your name, email address, phone number, resume, license details or pay expectation to Google Analytics or any other analytics tool.

Your choices: email sales@beghr.com to see what we hold, correct it, stop contact or delete it.

How long we keep it

BEGHR keeps a candidate record for 24 months from the last time you contacted us or we contacted you, then deletes it. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we do. Deletion covers the candidate record and the resume file. It does not promise removal from system backups.
